§ 71.19 VIOLATIONS.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this subchapter or the restrictions of a permit issued under this subchapter commits a class C ordinance violation and shall be fined. Each and every day this subchapter or restrictions on a permit issued under this subchapter are violated shall be deemed a separate offense.
