§ 71.15 PERMIT TO PARADE, SOLICIT, OR IMPEDE TRAFFIC FLOW REQUIRED.

No person or group of persons shall parade, solicit, or engage in any activity that tends to impede the flow of traffic upon the streets or alleys of the town unless there shall first be obtained a permit to do so as provided in this subchapter.
