Every person licensed under the provisions of this chapter, shall hold all used goods, items and merchandise purchased from individuals as walk-in clients for at least five business days before making a sale. This section of the Code and § 112.05, below, do not apply to the following: dealer-to-dealer purchases, internet purchases, or coins or bullion purchased for purpose of re-selling them.
