§ 112.05  INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED TO POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   All licensees under this chapter shall transfer electronically information for each article sold or received to a law enforcement website specially designated for the sole purpose of collection such information. Such information shall include a description of the property, along with serial numbers or identifying marks, if any, and all of the following information on the seller:  name, signature, address, date of birth, and government identification number. Said information shall be transferred electronically to the law enforcement website within 24 hours of the licensee receiving the articles.  Licensee is responsible for maintaining all records and receipts showing that the information has been transferred to the appropriate law enforcement website.
   (B)   At the time the licensee transfers the required information to the law enforcement website, licensee shall also transfer electronically the same information to the Ellettsville Police Department.
