§ 52.116  SPECIAL RATE CONTRACTS.
   The Council is hereby authorized to enter into special rate contracts with customers of the sewage works where clearly definable cost to the sewage works can be determined, and the rate shall be limited to those costs.  These contracts shall be in compliance with 33 U.S.C. § 1251 et seq..
