Unpolluted water from air conditioning, cooling, or condensing systems or swimming pools shall be discharged into a storm sewer where it is available or into a combined sewer approved by the town. Where a storm sewer is not available, the discharge may be into a natural outlet approved by the town and by the state. Where a storm sewer, combined sewer, or natural sewer is not available, the unpolluted water may be discharged into a sanitary sewer pending written approval by the town.
