§ 52.003  SEWERAGE WORKS; MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL.
   (A)   The construction, acquisition, improvement, operation, and maintenance of the Town Sewerage Works shall be supervised and controlled by the Town Council operating as a municipal works board pursuant to I.C. 36-9-23-3.
   (B)   The Town Council shall have those powers and perform those duties as are prescribed by state law, including but not limited to I.C. 36-9-23, concerning municipal sewage works.
