(A) Metered usage; monthly charges. There shall be and are established for the use of and the service rendered by the waterworks system of the town the following rates and charges, which are based upon the use of water supplied by the waterworks system.

(C) Fire hydrant charges. In addition to the basic monthly water rate, there shall be an additional monthly charge for fire protection according to the following schedule.

(D) Automatic sprinkler systems. Water furnished for use by automatic sprinkler systems shall be charged for monthly on the basis of the size of connection needed to adequately supply the sprinkler systems as follows.
