(A) Water furnished for the use of automatic sprinkler systems shall be charged for monthly on the basis of the size of connection needed to adequately supply the sprinkler systems as set forth in Table D of the appendix to this chapter.
(B) Properties owned by the town or its Utility Department are exempt from the connection charge and the availability fee.
