(A) Whenever there is reference to cost of labor, materials, power machinery, transportation or overhead in Chapter 50 of the Town Code, the following rates and charges will apply:

(large taps-single) 4 inches to 12 inches | $350 plus service truck w/ 1 man/hour |
(multiple taps) 4 inches to 12 inches | $350 |
Concrete saw | $30/hour |
Excavator/operator | $130/hour |
Excavator w/ breaker/operator | $235/hour |
Roller | $10/hour (4 hour minimum) |
Skid steer/operator | $70/hour |
Road bore (40 feet and less) | $8/foot |
Road bore (over 40 feet) | $15/foot |
Shoring equipment | $250/day |
Street repair | $25/square foot |
(B) If any of these services are provided after regular business hours, the above hourly rates will be increased to time and a half. If any of these services are provided on Sunday, the above hourly rates will be increased to double time.
(C) A customer who requests service shall be billed $60 for any trip made after regular business hours to a customer's property, if it is determined that the problem is located on or in the customer's premises, sewer lateral, or water line from the meter to the customer's premises.
