(A) In addition to the basic monthly water rate, there shall be an additional monthly charge for fire protection according to the schedule as set forth in Table C of the appendix to this chapter.
(B) The construction cost of any fire hydrant installed after December 31, 1993 shall be paid by the municipality.
(C) Properties owned by the town or its Utility Department are exempt from the connection charge and the availability fee.
