§ 51.30  MONTHLY PAYMENT.
   (A)   Water rentals and other charges shall be paid monthly and shall be paid on or before day 21 of the following month for the previous month.
   (B)   In cases where water is furnished under a special contract, the Water Company shall collect the charges in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
