§ 51.04  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PREMISES.  Covers all buildings or divisions under one roof, owned by one party, and supplied through one service pipe.
   WATER COMPANY.  The Town Water Company.
