§ 52.138  REPEALER AND SEVERABILITY.
   All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.  The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence or provision of this shall not affect the validity of any other part of this subchapter, which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts.
