§ 50.01  WATER AND SEWER INSTALLATION REBATES.
   (A)   Any requests for water and sewer installation rebates shall be determined on the merits of each request. 
   (B)   The rebate, if any be considered, shall be determined on the merits of each individual rebate request without regard to a uniform rebate policy.
