In addition to any of the above remedies, the violation of any terms of this chapter shall be deemed a Class B infraction, and a court of competent jurisdiction, in addition to any other remedies contained herein, may impose a fine upon any person or landowner who violates this chapter in the amount of $1,000 for each violation. Each day of a violation may be considered a separate violation.
