10-2-2: ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   The fire chief or the chief's representative is authorized to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   B.   The fire chief may detail such members of the fire department as may be necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. (New Market 2004 Code § 5-1-3)
