10-1-4: OPTIONAL PROVISIONS:
The Minnesota state building code, established pursuant to Minnesota statutes sections 326B.101 to 326B.16, allows the city to adopt by reference and enforce certain optional chapters of the most current edition of the Minnesota state building code. (New Market 2004 Code § 7-1-4; amd. 2011 Code)
