Statements for stormwater drainage utility fees will be computed every month and collected by the City monthly, or along with other utilities such as sewer and water. Such statement shall be due on or before the last day of the month in which the statement is mailed. Any prepayment or overpayment of charges shall be retained by the City and applied against subsequent monthly fees. If a property is not connected to a City sewer or water system, the bill is to be sent to the owner of the property on an annual basis. Delinquent accounts will be treated the same as sewer and water accounts. (Elko 2004 Code § 53.11; amd. 2011 Code)
