9-3-7: EXEMPTIONS FROM RATES AND CHARGES:

The following land uses are exempt from stormwater utility fees:

   A.   Public rights-of-way.

   B.   Wetlands and public waters as defined by State law.

   C.   Publicly owned property with stormwater maintenance cost sharing agreements in place outside of the ordinance codified herein.

   D.   Parcels that are deemed undevelopable in their entirety by the City Council. (Ord. 95, 5-10-2012)
