9-3-4: DETERMINING RESIDENTIAL EQUIVALENCY FACTORS FOR LAND USES:
The REF value for all single-family parcels up to one acre in area is 1. The City Engineer will compute the REF for all nonresidential parcels and residential parcels larger than one acre. (Elko Ord. 169, 12-28-2006)
