9-3-1: SYSTEM ESTABLISHED:
The municipal storm sewer system shall be operated as a public utility pursuant to Minnesota statutes section 444.075, as it may be amended from time to time, from which revenues will be derived subject to the provisions of this chapter and Minnesota statutes. (Elko 2004 Code § 53.01)
