8-2-4: OPEN FIRES:

Recreational fires are allowed only in designated areas. No person shall build a fire in a city park/trail/shelter except in the provided fireplace or receptacle. Fires must be attended at all times and must be fully extinguished immediately after use. (Elko 2004 Code § 93.04)
