No person shall litter or cast or throw brush, rubbish, trash or garbage in any public park/trail including any adjacent water area within the city, but shall place such materials in proper receptacles. Where receptacles are not provided in the public park/trail, the person responsible for the presence shall carry all such brush, rubbish, trash or garbage away from the park. (Elko 2004 Code § 93.02)
