7-3-11: MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION:

Anyone who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of misdemeanor and subject to punishment as provided by law. Any parent or legal guardian of a juvenile found in violation of this chapter may be cited for the violation committed under this chapter. (2011 Code; amd. Ord. 201, 10-24-2019)
