7-3-1: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to provide reasonable regulations for the use of snowmobiles and special use vehicles on public and private property in the city. This chapter is intended to protect life and property and to prevent public nuisances. (2011 Code; amd. Ord. 201, 10-24-2019)
