A. Separate Offenses: Each day a violation of this chapter is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such under this section.
B. Misdemeanor: Unless otherwise provided, violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor. (Ord. 24, 6-26-2008)
C. Exception: Penalties greater than those set forth in this section are imposed by Minnesota state statute for various sections of this chapter. In such cases the more severe penalties shall apply. (Ord. 24, 6-26-2008; amd. 2011 Code)
