6-4-3-2: MAXIMUM NUMBER PERMITTED:
It is unlawful for any person to keep more than three (3) of any one type of domestic animal or more than five (5) of any combination of domestic animals, that are more than six (6) months of age on any premises in the city, except for commercial animal kennels permitted as provided in article C of this chapter. (Ord. 24, 6-26-2008; amd. 2011 Code)
