The City Administrator or his or her designee is hereby authorized and empowered to notify, in writing, the owner of any lot, place or area within the City, or the agent of the owner, to cut, destroy and/or remove any such weeds or grass found growing, lying, or located on such owner's property or upon the sidewalk or boulevard abutting same in violation of this chapter or State law. The notice shall be sent by mail, addressed to said owner as shown on County Property Tax records, at his/her last known address and posted on the property. (Ord. 158, 8-10-2017)
