5-2-6: BURNING BAN OR AIR QUALITY ALERT:

No open burning will be permitted when the city or DNR has officially declared a burning ban due to potentially hazardous fire conditions or when the Minnesota pollution control agency (MPCA) has declared an air quality alert. (New Market 2004 Code § 5-1-2)
