A. Any person convicted of violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine or imprisonment, or both, as specified by state statute.
B. Any licensed collector that accumulates three (3) documented violations of this chapter shall have its license revoked. A collector with a revoked license may seek review and hearing by the city council by initiating such proceedings with the city clerk 1 . (Ord. 12, 10-11-2007)
