9-1-17: MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION:
Any person violating a provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day shall be a separate offense. (New Market 2004 Code § 6-3-15; amd. Ord. 204, 10-10-2019)
