9-2-6: SEPTIC TANK CONTENTS:
It shall be unlawful for anyone to discharge the contents of any septic tank, cesspool, or chemical toilet into the Municipal sewer system except in accordance with the provisions of Sections 9-2-7 and 9-2-8 of this Chapter.
