(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) In accord with § 150.036, any person who shall violate a provision of the State Building Code, as adopted by the city, or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair a building or structure in violation of an approved plan or directive of the Building Official or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of the city code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine in an amount set forth by Council from time to time. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(2) The imposition of the penalty herein prescribed by division (B)(1) above shall not preclude the City Attorney from instituting an appropriate action or proceeding to prevent an unlawful erection, construction, reconstruction, addition, alteration, conversion, removal, demolition, maintenance or use, or to restrain, correct or abate a violation, or to prevent the occupancy of a building or structure or portion thereof or of the premises, or to prevent an illegal act, conduct business or use in or about any premises.
(3) Nothing contained in this Chapter 150 shall be construed to abrogate or impair the powers of any department of the city to enforce any provision of the city code, ordinances or regulations of the city, nor to prevent or punish violations thereof, and the powers conferred by this chapter shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law of the state or ordinance of the city.

(C) Any person who performs electrical work within the city without compliance with the provisions of § 150.110 shall be subject to a fine of an amount set forth by Council from time to time.

(D) Violation of §§ 150.125 through 150.138 shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine in an amount set forth by Council from time to time. Each day that a violation continues after notification of same by the Code Official shall be deemed a separate offense. The imposition of penalties prescribed herein shall not relieve the property owner of responsibility for full compliance with all other applicable codes and ordinances, including any and all separate fines and penalties imposed thereunder.
(E) The failure or refusal for any reason of any owner, or agent of an owner acting on behalf of the owner, to register a vacant building upon adoption of §§ 150.150 through 150.160 or to pay any fees required to be paid pursuant to the provisions of §§ 150.150 through 150.160, within 30 days after they become due, shall constitute a violation punishable upon conviction thereof by a fine in an amount set forth by Council from time to time for each failure or refusal to pay a required vacant building fee, as applicable. In such cases, whenever the minimum fine of an amount set forth by Council from time to time is imposed, it shall not be subject to suspension or reduction for any reason.
