§ 114.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 114.01 through 114.18 shall in addition to any other actions which may be taken by the Director hereunder, be fined an amount set forth by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

   (C)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of §§ 114.30 through 114.35; and whoever violates any provision of §§ 114.30 through 114.35 shall be fined an amount set forth by Council from time to time. A person convicted of a second or subsequent offense under §§ 114.30 through 114.35, shall be fined an amount set forth by Council from time to time.

      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any owner, proprietor or manager to operate or own an adult entertainment establishment or nude dancing premises at such time as any violation of §§ 114.30 through 114.35 occurs.
