A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a valid permit and/or license or otherwise violates this subchapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations as provided herein, all in addition to the suspension and revocation powers of the Director for noncompliance with the provisions of this subchapter.
