All federal, state laws and regulations, as well as all local ordinances and regulations applicable to said market and the products offered for sale therein shall be complied with by the sellers, and growers utilizing the facilities of said market, shall keep the premises used by them in a clean and sanitary condition and shall remove all fruit and vegetables, cuttings, trimmings and wrappings and containers at the close of each day.
