§ 113.01 ESTABLISHMENT AUTHORIZED.
   The establishment of a farmers’ market in the city for the sale of fresh fruits, vegetables, baked goods and wild edibles by the growers or producers thereof within a 30-mile radius of the city is hereby authorized. Said market shall be known as the Farmers’ Market of the city.
