§ 93.004 ANIMALS OR BICYCLES ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   No person shall lead, ride or drive any horse or other livestock along or upon any of the sidewalks or footwalks.
   (B)   No person shall ride any bicycle upon any sidewalk within the city; provided, that riders of bicycles, when dismounted, may walk their bicycles along the sidewalks in single file.
