§ 93.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   For any violation of § 93.006, such violator shall be fined an amount set forth by Council from time to time.

   (C)   If any obstruction is not removed by the person responsible therefor causing it within ten days after written notice so to do, as provided in § 93.007, the person causing the obstruction shall, upon conviction of such violation of § 93.007, be fined an amount set forth by Council from time to time or be imprisoned for not more than ten days, or be punished by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such noncompliance with the provisions of § 93.007 is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.

   (D)   For every day such land or lot owner fails to repair, repave or construct such sidewalk as provided in § 93.026, after being summoned before the Municipal Court Judge, as aforesaid, he or she shall be fined an amount set forth by Council from time to time.

   (E)   Any operator who violates any provision of §§ 93.115 through 93.121 article shall, upon conviction, be fined up to $100 per day. Each day any violation of §§ 93.115 through 93.121 shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
