§ 92.038 USING OR TAMPERING WITH CITY FIRE EQUIPMENT.
   No person shall use any fire apparatus or equipment of the city for any private purpose, nor shall any person willfully and without proper authority remove, take away, tamper with, keep or conceal any tool, piece of equipment, appliance or other article used in any way by the Fire Department.
