§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any property owner or occupant of such property who is convicted of a violation of § 91.025 shall for a first conviction thereof be fined $50 and for a second or subsequent conviction, such person shall be fined at least $100 but not more than $500.
   (C)   Any person violating any section of §§ 91.040 through 91.054 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. For every day such violation shall thereafter exist, it shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense; and if found guilty of such misdemeanor, be punishable upon conviction by a fine not exceeding $50 or by imprisonment of not more than 30 days, for each violation.
   (D)   Any person found guilty before the Municipal Court of the city of violating any provision of §§ 91.065 through 91.069 shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor offense, and shall be punished by fine as follows: $100 for the first offense within a 24-month period; $200 for the second offense within a 24-month period; $300 for a third offense within a 24-month period; $400 for a fourth offense within a 24-month period; and $500 for a fifth and each subsequent offense within a 24-month period. If the violation is of a continuing nature, each day during which said violation occurs shall constitute an additional, separate and distinct offense.
