§ 91.065 DECLARATION OF POLICY.

This subchapter is enacted to prevent excessive sound that may jeopardize the health, welfare or safety of the citizens of the city or degrade the quality of life. It is neither the purpose not intent of this subchapter to unduly interfere with the freedoms of speech or religion. This subchapter shall be known as the “City of Elkins Noise Ordinance”.
