Any noise that exceeds a noise level of 83 dBA calculated on a distance from the point of generation of the noise source of not less than 25 feet shall be prima facie evidence of a noise prohibited by § 91.067. Noise resulting in a decibel reading or calculation less than 83 dBA from 25 feet also constitutes a prohibited noise activity pursuant to § 91.067. Furthermore, there is no specific decibel measurement requirement to establish a violation of any noise prohibited by § 91.067.
