§ 91.001 OPERATION OF COIN-OPERATED MUSIC DEVICES BETWEEN 12:00 MIDNIGHT AND 7:00 A.M.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or offer or maintain for public use any coin-operated device, machine or mechanism to procure or reproduce music or singing between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m. Any violation of this section is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
