§ 73.29 TURNS; STOPPING AND STARTING.
   (A)   The operator of a bicycle on a roadway, when making a right turn, shall follow the right-hand edge of the roadway; the operator of a bicycle on a roadway, when making a left turn, shall approach the point of turning in the traffic lane nearest the center of the roadway.
   (B)   No operator of a bicycle shall start, slow down, stop or attempt to turn without first indicating such movement as provided by state law.
