The Chief of Police may revoke or suspend for a period of 30 days any bicycle license for any violation of any provision of this subchapter, or if any applicable provision of the statutes relating to traffic; and, in addition, the Chief of Police may impound the bicycle of any such violator for a period of not less than ten nor more than 90 days.
