§ 151.024 BOUNDARY DISPUTES.
   Should a dispute concerning any district boundary arise, an initial determination shall be made by the Floodplain Administrator and any party aggrieved by this decision may appeal to the City Council sitting as the Floodplain Appeals Board. The burden of proof shall be on the appellant/applicant.
