(A) (1) Generally. Service to town-served nonresidential units shall be once a week, and limited to two 96-gallon carts. Any commercial customers requiring more capacity would have to contract with a private company or as described in § 51.03.
(2) With the exception of downtown merchants. Downtown merchants shall be allowed three roll out carts and provided a once a week collection.
(B) Until the time that collection practices are amended by the Board of Commissioners, when refuse accumulates at stores, hotels, apartments, duplexes, triplexes, quadraplexes, condominiums, theaters, office buildings, schools, clubs, commercial establishments, industrial establishments or at any other place in two 96-gallon carts, the same will be collected by the Public Works Department if the refuse is placed either in one or more 96-gallon rollout carts, and meets the standards set forth in other sections of this chapter.
(C) If the refuse at any of the indicated establishments exceeds two 96-gallon carts, exclusive of special collections, the owner shall be required to contract with a private company providing bulk container refuse service. The Public Works Director or designee will determine the type of service to be provided. Unless refuse is placed in the appropriate container as outlined in this chapter, the town will not collect it.
(D) Service to town-served nonresidential units shall comply with § 51.05.
(E) The Public Works Direct or designee shall have the authority to determine whether a unit is generating more than the maximum capacity per collection and, if so, the units shall be required to convert from rollout service to bulk container service with a private contractor.
(F) Nonresidential units will be charged a monthly collection and disposal fee as established by the Board of Commissioners.
