§ 110.115 NOTICE.
   (A)   Unless expressly otherwise agreed between the parties, every notice or response required by this franchise to be served upon the franchising authority or the franchisee shall be in writing, and shall be deemed to have been duly given to the required party when hand delivered or five business days after having been posted in a properly sealed and correctly addressed envelope sent by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid.
   (B)   (1)   The notices or responses to the franchising authority shall be addressed as follows:

   (C)   The notices or responses to the franchisee shall be addressed to the franchisee at the address provided by the franchisee in its notice of intent provided to the franchising authority pursuant to § 110.116.
   (D)   The franchising authority and the franchisee may designate other address or addresses from time to time by giving notice to the other.
